Any solution to NT 4.0 SP6 Video problems

Postby Jac0bsnn » Thu Nov 05, 2009 12:31 am

I am using Win NT 4.0 SP6. I had to reinstall win nt on top of the current installation to keep from losing the information that was on the PC. Personally I would have just formatted and reinstalled. Supervisors orders. I have tried a few different drivers for the ATI Xpert@Play 98 LT AGP video card that I have but I think that it is a problem in windows. But at this point i''m not sure. Win NT is not recognizing the card as what it is, it continues to list it as a standard vga compatable video card and gives me no other choice for settings except 16 colors in 640x480 display. If anyone knows of any solutions to this problem I would greatly appreciate and answer.

Thanks

To work with video you need a directx 8.1, but when you have service pack 6 version of directx is 6.5
